Brianna Fleet
PRINCIPAL PLANNER
Having professionally planned hundreds of events since 2008, I can confidently say that I love my career. With extensive experience and knowledge of the event industry and local community, my detail-oriented organization, logistics, and management skills allow me to bring your vision to life and create unique, unforgettable experiences and celebrations for you and your guests.
In addition to my role at ButterFly Bridal & Events, I also serve as the Director of Events & Sponsorships for local, non-profit Any Baby Can. I further expanded my expertise by establishing Blue Floral Design in 2022, providing floral event services under the guidance of a respected, seasoned florist.
I am a native Austinite and graduated from The University of Texas at Austin, where I began my professional planning career managing programs and events for UT Athletics. I have dual US/Canadian citizenship and love to travel, exploring diverse cultures and history. I also enjoy cooking, digging in the garden, and experiencing all of the things that make Austin awesome!
Zeena Querbach
LEAD PLANNER, STYLIST
I'm Zeena Querbach, an event planner based in Austin, Texas. I’ve been in the event industry for over 15 years, working alongside Brianna and the ButterFly Team. I absolutely love planning all kinds of events, from weddings to festivals; from fashion shows to fundraisers.
Beyond my professional life, I'm married to my amazing husband, Adam and I’m a mom to three wonderful kids: Aiden, Leila, and Maya. Our daughter Leila was born with a rare condition called Cri Du Chat syndrome. Thanks to the support we received from Any Baby Can, I felt inspired to give back by joining their Board of Directors, where I now serve as Board Chair. Helping families of children with disabilities is a cause very close to my heart, and volunteering is a big part of my life.
When I'm not working or volunteering, I enjoy cooking (and eating!), dancing, singing karaoke, and styling my kids in adorable outfits. I also love to travel, and hope to get out and explore more of the world with my family! Life is full, busy, and beautiful—and I wouldn’t have it any other way!
Kimberly Hairston
LEAD PLANNER, STYLIST
With a BA in Fashion Design from Texas Tech, this Dallas native has spent her last 10 years in Austin working in many different facets of the Fashion and Wedding Industries with one guiding principle, making people look as good as they feel.
An Affiliate Marketing Manager by day, she thrives on the weekends using her creative nature to help make soon-to-be newlyweds' dreams come true!
